BOUAKE GRAND MOSQUE'S HISTORY
The Grand Mosque of Bouaké was built in the 19th century between 1881 and 1889, making it the oldest mosque in the city.
As a result, it is not only a part of the Muslim community’s religious heritage, but also a part of its historical and cultural legacy.
In fact, from that time to the present day, it has welcomed worshippers from many different ethnic groups.
