Reservations can be made directly on each hotel’s website or by email from the personalised reservations department, depending on the brand.
Arrival times are generally 14:00 for check-in and 12:00 for check-out, but may vary from one hotel to another depending on management policy.
The minimum age for reservations is 21, but this may vary depending on the hotel management or local laws. Please call the hotel directly prior to arrival to make the necessary arrangements. Direct hotel telephone numbers can be found in your confirmation email or on the relevant hotel information page.
Depending on the destination of your choice, the contact details and itineraries of our hotels are available on Google as well as on our hotels’ websites. Don’t hesitate to contact the standard numbers of our hotels directly for further information.
Means of payment may differ depending on the hotel, but payment by VISA, Master CARD or American Express is most commonly used for online payments or at reception. Cash payments are also accepted directly at the hotel reception desk?
